This symbol represents Korea, a small
country in the Far East venturing forth into the
world. Moreover, by putting the Chinese character
for East inside a circle that signifies the world,
the symbol represents, in a larger sense, the earth
itself. The lines within the circle, similar to
longitudinal and latitudinal lines on a globe, seem
to be stretching out to the five oceans and the
six continents and suggests the growth and continuity
of our company. The simple color scheme of blue
lines on a white background provides the connotations
of an honest yet powerful emblem in the viewer¡¯s
mind. |
